O’Rourke & Associates was established by Brendan J. O’Rourke. We have a boutique practice representing corporate and individual clients in business and complex civil litigation. Brendan J. O’Rourke began his legal career at Day Berry & Howard, now known as Day Pitney, LLP. Our practice focus includes:

We have trial experience before the United States District Court in Connecticut and New York, the Connecticut Superior Court, and New York Supreme Court. We have represented clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association (AAA), FINRA and JAMS. We have represented clients in appeals to the United States Court of Appeals (Second Circuit), Connecticut Supreme Court and Connecticut Appellate Court. Significantly, much of O’Rourke & Associates’ work originates from other attorneys who are familiar with our strong reputation for handling complex matters. Because we operate as a small firm, we are able to handle complex cases on a cost-effective basis.
